Borrower Guidance
Key Fact Statement (KFS) Overview
The Key Fact Statement (KFS) is a standardized, regulatory document issued by the partner Bank / NBFC to the borrower prior to signing the digital loan contract. It highlights the fundamental terms and total annualized financial cost of credit.
RBI Directive on KFS: Under RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, lending institutions must provide a standardized KFS to every borrower before contract execution. Borrowers must review the APR and all charges carefully.
