Welcome to RupayFin, a digital lending platform operated by LSP CAPGROWTH FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the RupayFin website, mobile application, digital platform or related services ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Our Services
RupayFin operates as a digital lending platform/Lending Service Provider (LSP) facilitating access to credit products offered by participating RBI-regulated Banks/NBFCs. The Company itself is not the lender merely by virtue of providing LSP services. Loan approval, sanction, interest rate, loan amount, tenure, fees, documentation, disbursement and other credit decisions are made by the respective lending institution according to its own policies and applicable law.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Provide valid identification and contact information.
- Satisfy the eligibility criteria applicable to the relevant lending institution.
- Provide required consent for verification and processing.
3. Application
Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval. The lending institution may:
- Approve the application;
- Reject the application;
- Request additional information or documentation;
- Offer a different loan amount or tenure; or
- Apply its own underwriting and credit policies.
4. Information Provided by You
You agree that all information submitted through the Platform is accurate and genuine. Providing incorrect, misleading, fraudulent or incomplete information may result in rejection of the application or other action as permitted by law.
5. Loan Offers
Where multiple eligible credit products are available, the Platform may display relevant offers. You should review the applicable lender, loan amount, APR, interest rate, tenure, processing fee, EMI, total repayment amount and other charges before accepting an offer.
6. Electronic Communication
You consent to receiving communications relating to your application through permitted channels such as SMS, email, telephone, WhatsApp or other digital channels, subject to applicable law and your preferences.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve participating Banks/NBFCs, KYC providers, account aggregation services, payment providers, technology service providers or other authorized service providers. Their respective terms and privacy policies may also apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, website content, designs, graphics, software and other intellectual property appearing on the Platform belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorization.
9. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure or databases;
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform;
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or speculative activities;
- Attempt to manipulate application or verification processes; or
- Misuse another person's personal, financial, or identity information.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Platform with the revised effective date.
